Evangelism with seeds and potatoes

Yesterday a lot of people accepted the invitation to come to church in Micleuseni. So over a 100 people from Micleuseni, Huzum and Lozova gathered in the court of the church and together we worshipped God, listened to songs, poems and the Word of God. At the end of the service all the people received a package of seeds and a bag of seed potatoes. We hope and pray that there will be a rich harvest, spiritually as well as in the gardens of the people.

A small udate about Lozova: yesterday the council meeting got cancelled and is now rescheduled for coming Tuesday morning at 8 o'clock. Appreciate your continued prayers for the building permission!

Lots of seeds

With help from the local youth, we put together 350 seed packages. Every seed package contains of 18 different vegetables. On Sunday we will hand out the seeds to those who attend the church. This week we have been inviting people in Lozova, Micleuseni and Huzum to come next sunday to the church in Micleuseni. We hope that many will come and besides the blessing of the seed package they will hopefully also be blessed by the Word of God! We appreciate your prayers for coming Sunday as we expect many people to come! May all get to know Him!

Building in Lozova

For those who are praying for the building permission for Lozova, let me give you small update about the situation. This week on friday afternoon at 16 hour the local council will take another vote about giving permission or not. We asked the people who nomally attend the church in Lozova to be present at the major hall so it is clear that the request for permission to build is written on behalf of more people. We pray that the meeting will be peaceful and that permission will be given. Thank you for praying with us!

Voor iedereen die meebidt voor de bouwvergunning in Lozova, laat ik een kleine update doen over de stand van zaken. Aankomende vrijdag om 16 uur stemt de gemeenteraad opnieuw over het verzoek om een vergunning. We hebben de mensen die naar de kerk komen in Lozova opgeroepen om zich te verzamelen bij het gemeentehuis zodat het duidelijk is dat het verzoek gedragen is door meerdere personen. We bidden voor een rustige bijeenkomst en dat er toestemming gegeven zal worden. Hartelijk dank voor jullie gebeden!

Well in Lozova / Waterput in Lozova

Although we do not have yet permission to build on the piece of land we bought in Lozova, we continue to prepare for when we have permission. Today a well was installed so there will be easy access to water in the future.

Ondanks dat we nog geen bouwvergunning hebben voor de grond in Lozova, gaan de voorbereidingen wel door voor wanneer we wel een vergunning hebben. Vandaag is er een put geïnstalleerd zodat in de toekomst er altijd water aanwezig is.
