On Saturday we went for a walk in one of the parks in Chisinau. It was very nice weather and while enjoying our walk and the nature, we also enjoyed watching how different people were taking pictures of themselves (of course there were also some couples taking wedding pictures...very interesting too;-)
Already many times I observed that Moldovans like to take a certain kind of pictures. For example: take a tree and there you go--> a picture before the tree, near the tree on the left-side, near the tree on the right-side, behind the tree, climbing in the tree, holding the tree, looking at the tree, sitting near the tree, and so on and so on...it is incredible how many different pictures can be taken with the tree! Anyway, for me it is always a very funny thing to look at and every time I see this happening, I realize again that I am SO not Moldovan but still pretty Dutch!
At the end of the walk, also Spiridon and I took some pictures of ourselves. (Somebody was more serious in this than somebody else...won't mention any names!;-)
